If you haven't visited Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, you're missing out! We're sharing tips + why we love it over Walt Disney World Resort Park.

24 Tips For Visiting Universal Volcano Bay

Water is life at Volcano Bay. You'll find that thrills and relaxation flow in perfect harmony throughout the park. When the kids don't argue because there is something for each of them, life is joy!

Fun for All

Krakatau Aqua Coaster

This ride goes through the volcano and down a huge drop! It might be too much of a thrill for younger kids.

The Tapu Tapu Wearable Wristband

Wait in a virtual line for your favorite rides, while enjoying other parts of the park. Check our post to find out what else you can do with the Tapu Tapu Wristband.

Located in the River Village, this winding river is more of the traditional lazy river. We suggest floating it at night when everything is lit up.

Kopiko Wai Winding River

Taniwha Tubes

This ride was our youngest son's favorite (5 yrs at the time). It's not too fast or crazy and we were able to ride it with him. This is a great choice for the little ones.

Get A Drink

Dancing Dragons Boat Bar is a fun place to grab an adult drink. Overlooking the Volcano & Waturi Beach makes it easy to watch the kids play in the wave pool.

Be sure to stop here and grab an Ice Cream Kona! We recommend their signature Waturi Fusion- a colorful mix of banana, blue raspberry, orange & strawberry. Yum!
